　　近日，广电正式下发“封杀劣迹艺人”的通知，明确指出“有吸毒、等违法犯罪行为者”参与制作的电影、电视剧、电视节目、广告节目、网络剧、微电影等，都列入暂停播出范围。封杀令一出，老百姓普遍叫好，但却愁坏了相关投资、制作方。禁播，意味着影视剧的投资打了水漂，回本无望。

　　Tainted stars即为“劣迹艺人”，指“有吸毒、等违法犯罪行为”的明星（stars who use drugs or visit prostitutes）。广电称，这些不良行为损害了演艺圈的形象（harmed the image of the entertainment industry），给年轻人树立了坏的榜样（set a bad example for young people）。
　　该禁令引发了争论。有人认为，艺人是公众人物（public figures），应该更加注意自身言论（mind their behavior），不好的示范确实应该封杀；也有人认为，影视作品并非仅依赖于某一位艺人，而是许多艺人合作的结果（the fruit of many celebrities），把整个作品封杀是不合理的。
